Updating Your Club Membership Records
Have you experienced challenges when updating your membership records in ClubRunner, only to find that they are different in Rotary Club Central?
 
Our District Assistant Jananee Savuntharanathan explains:
I can think of 2 reasons for why Clubrunner and RI membership lists are inaccurate.  
 
  • Members are being added only onto the RI site. When this happens, members will not reflect in Clubrunner. 
  • When members are being added on Clubrunner, the "Report to RI" Box is not being checked off. This needs to be done for the member information to be integrated into RI data.
