What Is This Event?

A one-day jam-packed training event designed to help all committee chairs, Board members, and would-be leaders in their club fulfill the various positions required to run a club. The timing for this event sets everyone up in their responsibilities before the new Rotary year begins in July, including the roles of Secretary, Treasurer and other committees like Youth Services, Community Service and more. Throughout the 20+ sessions, we will provide many expert speakers addressing, for example:  chairing meetings effectively, the functions of your club's Board,  how to fundraise, inviting new members and motivating all members regardless of their standing, and so much more. You will be provided with solid information and you will be inspired. A detailed agenda will be available soon.

The event also helps to cultivate greater interest and involvement on the part of all Rotarians, whether they are new, relatively new or seasoned. 

  Newer members will be better informed as they look to the future and consider taking on a role. This event is a great avenue for all Rotarians to better understand the machinery of Rotary and help their club remain vibrant and effective. Join In!

Who Should Attend?

• Presidents-Elect are required to attend along with their incoming Board Members and committee chairs.
• ALL District 7080 Rotarians will benefit from attending some of the 20+ information-packed sessions.
• New members seeking greater knowledge of Rotary, both locally and beyond.
