FURTHER NOTES:

AG Dennis Chong tells us that currently (at September, 2010) there is funding available for the first 12 heart patients.  As we gather more funds,  then we can look beyond the 12 initial patients. 

The goal of the District 7020 is at least 100 heart surgeries for children per annum. Currently, only children Age 12 and below will be accommodated at the Bustamante Hospital for Children.
