7:30      Check In Opens
8:00      Breakfast Buffet
8:45      Pep Rally Begins- Opening Remarks & Keynote Address
9:45      Hustle To Playing Fields- Attend one of the four seminar tracks 
9:55      First Half Kick-off for Each Game (ABCs, GMS, Membership, PI/PR) 
10:45    Halftime Fellowship 
11:10    Second Half Kick-off for Each Game (ABCs, GMS, Memb, PI/PR) 
12:00    Stadium Closes- Morning sessions conclude
12:20    Pre-PETS for 2014-2015 Club Presidents and AGs (Includes lunch)

We encourage each club to send two members to the GMS required for certification, and hope that those members will be the Rotarians most directly involved with grant applications and grants in 2014-2015.  We anticipate that these individuals may not be the President-elect or the current President of the club. 

Every club has already paid through their district dues for four members to participate.  Clubs will be billed post-event for additional registrants ONLY if event costs cannot be fully covered otherwise.  Maximum cost per additional registrant will be $25.

Remember: Only register for one of the morning seminar tracks.  Presidents-Elect and AGs attending the afternoon Pre-PETS lunch and afternoon session should also register for that session in addition to one morning seminar track.
  Each club has pre-paid for 4 seminar participants and for their President-Elect to attend Pre-PETS.  Clubs with more than four participants may be billed post event for participants over four, but only to the extent required to fully cover event costs, and no more than $25 per participant.
