There's So Much to Think About and to Do!

At this time of year, we concentrate on completing our goals for this year, but, we are also planning for next year.

Has your club submitted it's donation to the Rotary Foundation Annual Fund?

Are you Planning for Next Year?

The planning process for next year should be underway now. You should be setting your goals for next year and entering them into Rotary Club Central. Of particular interest to the District Foundation Committee are your goals for donations to The Rotary Foundation.

Have you completed your District Grant Project for this year?

If you have a District Grant for this year;
  • Have you finished the project yet?
  • Have you submitted your final report so that you can receive the grant funding?

Will you Apply for a District Grant Next Year?

There have been some changes to our District Grant qualification process. You can now qualify by reviewing District Grant information and completing an online quiz. The course and the quiz are on the District website - follow this link.

If you want to be sure that your club project is on the list for District Grants, remember that preliminary proposals must be submitted before May 31. For your preliminary proposal to be considered, your club must be qualified - that means at least 2 members must have successfully qualified by passing the online quiz, and the signed MOU for the 2020-2021 Rotary year must be submitted to the District Foundation Committee.
