Dear Club and District Leaders,
This is a call for the submission of proposed changes to the District Policy, Procedures, and Resolutions document. The current version of this document can be found On-Line at the District website: https://rotary6330.org/ This is a direct Link to the current version of the document.
As District Governor Nominee one of my tasks this year is to chair the meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee where proposed changes to District policies and procedures are considered. Changes approved by the Strategic Planning Committee will be presented to all clubs in the District during PETS and the District Training Assembly and will be presented for a vote at the next District Business Meeting/Conference.
The Strategic Planning Committee will meet in November and will consider any proposed changes submitted with sufficient lead time to allow appropriate review.
