The Fourth Annual Rotary Interact District-wide Conference will be held Saturday October 28th at North Muskegon High School. The conference starts at 8:30 (registration) and the opening session starts at 9. The conference ends at 3pm.
- Each Rotary Interact Club is asked to send all of their officers and as many members as can possibly attend.
- Cost of this conference is $5 which will cover the cost of lunch. Every club is asked to bring a large dessert to share.
- Dress is casual. If you have club shirts, please feel free to wear them.
- Bring something to take notes with. Plan to meet new friends, have fun and learn new things.
- Each club is asked to have two or three members (not officers) make up a display that can be placed on a table to show everyone what they have done, are doing or would like to do.
So that we can plan our food needs for lunch, every club is asked to notify Doug Mealey as to how many people are coming. If you make a reservation for 10 individuals and only 6 show up, it will be expected that the club will pay for the original reservations (10). Payment will be done at the door the day of the conference.
