The Governor’ s Advisory Committee, also known in R.I. as the Council of Governors, is made up of all active past R.I. officers in the district. The committee meets as often as determined by the Governor, with the suggestion that there be at least two formal meetings in the year. The Council of Governors serve as advisors.
