Oaklawn Rotarian George Moore Honored

Texarkana Oaklawn Rotarian George Moore is being named as the Texarkana ISD 2020 Hall of Fame recipient.  George will be retiring from Texarkana Independent School District in 2020. Not only has he been a major asset to the local school district, he has also  been a major asset to Oaklawn Rotary Club.
