ROTARY—THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING Rather than giving you a tip on membership growth in December, let me suggest we share the gift of Rotary by staying in touch with those that are already Rotarians. RETENTION is a part of MEMBERSHIP.
RETENTION is easy IF one or more club officers will reach out to those members that have not been engaged recently. Does your club have a policy and a plan for contacting those that have missed two meetings or service projects in a row? That’s a place to start. Just call and say hello, check on your members. Rotary makes connections, so let’s give the gift of Rotary fellowship over the holidays by connecting with those we miss. I bet they miss Rotary.
