Attention: Club Leaders – Please review the attached agenda and be ready to pick two breakout sessions that you would like to attend. You will be asked to register for one class per breakout session.
This year’s district training assembly is scheduled for Saturday, May 1 at First United Methodist Church in Longview, Texas located at 400 North Fredonia ( Fredonia at Whaley Street). It will begin at 8:30 AM and conclude at 2:30 p.m. This will be a LIVE EVENT and all attendees will be requested to take necessary safety precautions including distancing and wearing face masks. Club presidents, secretaries, treasurers, foundation chairs, membership chairs, public image chairs, international service chairs, and Rotaract/Interact chairs are encouraged to attend. Grant certification training will be covered, too and club presidents and foundation chairs are encourage to begin work on their club project grant applications now so that they can be reviewed and completed at this assembly. Cost is $25 which includes lunch. Your district training team looks forward to seeing you there.”
