Thank you to all who were able to attend the 2022 District 5810 Spring Fling last Saturday at the Faith Family Academy – Oak Cliff Campus!
Almost 100 Interact high school students and advisors from across District 5810 joined for our first in-person Spring Fling celebration in 2 years!
- District Governor Max Duplant, Youth Services Chair Tracy Gomes, Past District Governor Bill Dendy, and District Governor Elect Howard Templin gave us a warm welcome and words of wisdom, and a BIG THANK YOU to all the work Interactors do across the Dallas area.
- Club Awards --- Each club that attended voted to award THE Interactor in their club who made the “Biggest Contribution” in their club this year!
- Interactors participated in 2 BIG SERVICE PROJECTS!
- BIKE RODEO & GAMES - Interactors volunteered at The Rotary Club of Dallas Bike Rodeo and the Interact Games & Face Painting Pavilion, providing bike safety & fun games for dozens of children and families from the Oak Cliff community!
- SOCKS FOR VETERANS – Interactors also raised 680 pairs of socks for Socks for Veterans! The DUNCANVILLE INTERACT CLUB IS THE BIG WINNER, BRINGING OVER 600 PAIRS OF SOCKS! Mrs. Angelia Herndon from American Legion Post 802 gives a BIG THANK YOU to our Interactors brought so many socks that will be donated to Veterans across the DFW area!
- All Interactors who attended won a FREE HOUR of GAMES to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games OR Pinstack, and one lucky interactor won a Family 4 Pack of Games, Karting, and Laser Tag to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (Thank you Regina Edwards!)
Thank you to all those who helped put on this wonderful event --- Interactors, Advisors, and Rotarians! We look are looking forward to an even bigger and better Leadership Summit in Fall 2022!
