While the world is moving so much of their content online, RYLA 5810 already has that space established. The RYLAcast--a unique podcast for current students, RYLA alumni, Rotarians, and anyone interested in leadership--has been in circulation since March of 2019.
Hosts Greg Tepper (RYLA 2003) and Andrew "Josey" Utz (RYLA 2006) have released 29 episodes to date, each coupling an alumni interview with a vital characteristic of leadership, resulting in conversations that are both light hearted and deeply grounding, challenging and reassuring.

Utz works as a licensed Civil Engineer for a multi-national firm in Dallas. He mainly designs passenger and freight railroad alignments, but also has experience with civil site development and other infrastructure work. Tepper is the managing editor of Dave Campbell's Texas Football magazine and is also an on-air analyst for Fox Sports Southwest. He has received multiple high honors for his work, including an Emmy.

Every two weeks, listeners from within and outside of Rotary District 5810 tune in to what is, to our knowledge, the only podcast of its kind--one detailing a post-RYLA response to leadership, self-development, and community. From topics such as: trust to creativity, from communications to humility, and risk management to intention, our hosts walk us through practical application of the many tenets of leadership.   Listen in to The RYLAcastCheck out what our RYLA alumni are doing daily to better their communities
