The Mesquite Rotary Club completed another smooth and successful Rodeo Road Rally bike ride fundraiser on Saturday, June 12th.
Despite the threatening storm front and lightning that swept through the area early that morning, over 950 cyclists came out and enjoyed a great day at the well planned event.

Feedback received from the riders was highly complimentary of the traffic control along the routes, the event venue at Mesquite High School's E.H. Hanby Stadium, and the friendly, helpful attitude of those helping at the event.  Many commented that they would be back next year.

The club had great support from area law enforcement agencies, the City of Mesquite, the Mesquite ISD, other communities along the routes, title sponsor ASI Gymnastics, Whataburger of Mesquite, Blue Bell Ice Cream, and many other local business sponsors and wonderful community volunteers.

With the resulting proceeds from the event, the Mesquite Rotary Club will be able to return to pre-pandemic levels of support for local community service groups, student scholarships, and more.
