The Grand Prairie Metro Rotary Club rallied together to donate goods to nursing homes during the season of giving.
For several months, Grand Prairie Rotarians collected puzzles, cards, hygiene items, stuffed animals, and much more for several nursing homes in the City of Grand Prairie. The club provided these Holiday Cheer Packs for nearly 100 residents. On a Saturday in December, club members met at the Grand Prairie Police Department's Community Room to assemble the packs, then deliver them around town. It was a true moment of "Service Above Self".
