On February 21, 2015, District 5810 is hosting an Adoption Awareness Carnival. This important event provides a chance for prospective adoptive parents to meet and interact with children in the care of the state (foster care) who are available for adoption.  The goal is to get these children adopted into permanent, loving homes.
