“I’ll make you an offer you can’t refuse!” Central Lakes (Pequot Lakes) Rotary Club Foundation Chair, Diane Collins, challenged club members to contribute $100 or more in the month of December to The Rotary Foundation, and the club would give a 3 to 1 match with Recognition Points. Rotarian Collins says, “Not only does this promote giving by members, but it is a great way to use Recognition Points that have accumulated by individual members and the club. Some Rotarians are very close to receiving that next Paul Harris, so this is also a good way of getting them to the next level. Since our club participates in the Grants Program, it only makes sense to contribute to The Rotary Foundation. We’re helping others, and we’re getting something back.”
