The Emmett Peace Pole 

A dream becomes a reality!  Last spring, the Emmett  Rotary Club hosted the first Peace Walk in District 5400. After board action, it was decided we would fund the creation of a Peace Pole to be erected at the Gem County Sports Complex Rotary shelter. 2020-2021 Club President Ben Mock took on this project. With the help of others and a lot of brain power and hard work, he completed and erected our Peace Pole in September, 2021.  It is made of metal and encircles one of the poles on our Rotary shelter.
