Anyone can use Zoom! Join meetings from your computer, tablet, smartphone, or landline phone. To join from your computer, simply click the meeting link. This will prompt Zoom to download a safe and secure application to your computer that will allow you to participate. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to join the meeting by phone or computer. - If you have a webcam or have a laptop equipped with a camera, click "Join by Computer" and follow the prompts on the screen.
- If you do not have a webcam, simply click the "X" in the upper right corner of the box that asks you to choose your audio source. You will be able to see and hear the other participants, but you will need to use the chat box feature to send a question or comment.

To join from your tablet or smartphone, download the free and secure "Zoom Cloud Meetings" app from your app store. Once you have downloaded Zoom, open the app and tap "Join a Meeting." Type in the Meeting ID provided above, as well as the password once prompted. Follow the remaining prompts on your screen to join the meeting. |

Don't have access to a computer, or don't want to join on your smartphone? You are welcome to call-in to the meeting on your phone. Simply call 1-669-900-6833. You will be prompted to enter the Meeting ID, provided above, and hit #. Then, follow the subsequent prompts to join the meeting. You will be able to hear everyone on the meeting even though you will not be able to see them. Phone controls to remember during the meeting: - *6 allows you to toggle the mute/unmute function
- *9 allows you to raise your hand
