Invitation to Our District 5400 Virtual Leadership Summit.
With our changing environment, gathering for an in-person summits have become a challenge. Your district leadership team and your Learning & Development Team feel that it is important to continue to grow Rotary and with growing comes change. Are you ready to change as Rotary and your club changes? Does your club or committee have a defined path forward? Are you a leader for the next phases of your club? If you would like to be the leader of the future, then these summit sessions are for you.

Whether you are currently a club leader or are an emerging club leader we believe the summit sessions will give you some tools that you can use in the future. Every club member is invited to attend our leadership summit sessions and learn more about being a leader in Rotary.

The summit is titled, “Followership to Leadership.”

During the sessions you will be able to:
  • Join Other Leaders, Share Ideas and Take Away Actionable Ideas.
  •  Introduce or reintroduce topics that will not only help current club leaders but will give some insight to future club leaders.
  •  Hear overviews of defined club leadership roles, strategic planning / goal setting, creating a vision for the future and new thoughts on service projects as well as other club activities.
  •  Opportunities to share ideas on specific topics such as membership, strategic plans / goals and take actionable ideas back to your clubs.

Come and join us as we share some leadership ideas, develop plans, and continue to improve how we serve our communities. We believe that those who attend will be agents of change and will be better prepared to Serve to Change Lives. Who knows? The life that is changed may be your own.

We have scheduled the summit into two 60-minute sessions that will be hosted via Zoom. Please save the dates, January 10 and 24, 2022. Each session will begin at 4 PM mountain time. Additional information including the Zoom link will be coming soon.

Plan on being a part of something new and different within our district.

Yours in Rotary,
Steve Gage
