Presidents-elect are required to attend PETS and Presidents-elect Nominee are encouraged to attend. Registration for District 5390 PEs is covered by the district. PENs who attend normally have their registration covered by their club.

Montana attendees need to be at the Renaissance by 8 AM on the morning of March 6th when district sessions begin.
