Welcome to the 2016 Inbound Rocky Mountain Hiking Trip On line Payment page. Note that if you would prefer to send a cheque then please do so asap. Cheque must be received prior to deadline of April 7 in order to qualify for the Early bird fee.
This is one of several steps required to register your inbound for this trip. Please ensure you have completed all the steps listed below.
Registration:
There are four parts to registration. Registration is not confirmed until all four parts are completed.
1. Fill out the online form here: http://goo.gl/forms/SCdFHjXdLL
If you are having trouble filling it out, try hitting 'Tab' to advance, if not you may need to clear your browser history (cache), and restart your browser.
2. Print, sign (may need to have your counselor or parents sign) and email your Waiver (attached) to your District office.
3. Obtain supplementary adventure travel insurance to cover rock climbing and rappelling. Here is the link to the World Nomads website. https://www.worldnomads.com You will need to fill out the information for a quote (Dates:District 5370 - June 12-14, 2016) then purchase the Explorer level. Proof of insurance must be sent to the District office. Note: you cannot take part unless you have this additional insurance.
4. Registration Deadline for Early Bird pricing is April 7, 2016. Registration Deadline is April 30, 2016.
**Please note
IF you pay by cheque : EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE is $1095.00 plus GST (5%) $1149.75 is due by APRIL 7.
If you pay ONLINE a 3.5 % processing fee is added to the total - it will then be $1190.00 .
After APRIL 7
IF you pay by cheque the fees inclusive of GST will be $1202.25.
If you pay online a 3.5 % processing fee is added to the total - it will then be $1244.33.
No registrations are accepted after April 30.
In addition to this cost you will also need to buy a 2-day insuarnce (approximately $20.00 per person) for the repelling course .
