86th Assembly of Hands Across the Border

Members of Rotary clubs from across Kalispell, Montana are working together to host the 86th assembly of the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park Association’s Hands Across the Border event. The event is scheduled for September 22-23, 2018 and will take place at the East Glacier Park Lodge, in East Glacier, Montana.

Registration will be open on www.watertonglacierpeacepark.com shortly and early registration for this event is strongly encouraged. Registration fees are $85 per person before August 21, and $100 per person between August 22 and the first day of the event.

 

Booking is now currently available for the block of rooms reserved for this event at the historic East Glacier Hotel. Room rates are $159 per night.

 

A brief schedule of events for the weekend is as follows:

Friday afternoon:

3:00-8:00pm – Registration open

East Glacier service project

Hockaday International Peace Park Art Exhibition and no-host-bar

8:00 pm – Celebrating the designation of Waterton Glacier International Dark Sky Park, presented by the National Parks Service, Parks Canada, and the Glacier National Park Conservancy
