Dr. Ron Kneebone Scientific Director of Social Policy and Health at the University of Calgary School of Public Policy. Ron’s research focuses on government budgets and the economics of homelessness and poverty. He shepherds a small but dedicated team of researchers at the School focused on improving public policy outcomes.
