Membership – Priority #1.

Are you searching for ideas that will help attract new members? And retain the good members that you have now?  Is your club losing members?

Priority #1 Content

Every club is unique and every club has different growth challenges. This three-hour session will be packed full of easy-to-implement attraction and retention tactics that you can take back to your club. You will leave with ideas about WHAT to do and WHY you should do it.

  • Getting Ready (First Impressions)
  • Evaluating your Rotary Brand Experience
  • What is Rotary?  The better answer
  • Retention Keys: Meeting the new & tenured Rotarian’s needs
  • A personal approach to new member inductions
  • Engaging and motivating long-time and new members
  • Raising your club’s community profile
  • Action items and tools you can put in place right now

Priority #1 Leader

Jim Adamson from Wenatchee WA is an engaging and powerful speaker. He has spent his entire life focused on helping people as a Career Counselor and Training Consultant and through Rotary service.

He has served as District Governor of 5060 (59 clubs) and many years as the District Trainer. Jim has spoken about membership growth to various Rotary Districts. Last year he spoke to District 5370 (Northern Alberta) and his content drew rave reviews.

You’ll also hear from our District leadership about what we discovered in the spring-2017 District-wide survey and how what we learned applies right here and right now.

Priority #1 Who should attend

The session is for anyone who wants to see and help their club grow in its capacity to serve the community and each other. Especially, club Membership Chairs, Presidents and President-elects. The content will be well worth the investment of your time. As our clubs growth, so does our ability to help people through service.

Priority #1 Cost

Wait for it! The cost is FREE! That’s right. The District leadership feel this is so important that they want to make it easy for all Rotarians to attend.

There’s more! Arrive early and receive a FREE muffin and coffee.
