We listened, we heard and now we are delivering;

During our visits to the Club’s, we heard a common theme that our membership wanted to learn new ways to build healthier and more vibrant Clubs. Members wanted to understand different membership options and how to attract new and younger members.

We know that it is important to “ring our bell” but we have difficulty telling our story. Most importantly we know that we are impacting so many lives within our clubs and across the District and that our communities need to know who we are and why we do what we do.

We heard that the global grant writing process was overwhelming and difficult. That we didn’t know where to start and didn’t understand what was important or how to write a grant.

We heard that we have plans to move our Clubs forward, but need some help bringing the changes to life. We know we want to build off our strong foundations but need to build our Club’s to be relevant 5 – 10 years from now.

And yes, we heard the reporting and tools we use may not be the friendliest.

We are happy to announce our Regional Learning Days, full of interactive workshops that will help us build healthier and more vibrant Clubs.
