There are over 70,000 Marines at Camp Pendleton! More than 160 babies are born there each month! There are 10,000 children under the age of five. Most families arrive with whatever they can fit in their car. With a very low income, most do not have all they need for newborns and small children. These families also have to furnish an apartment and set up a kitchen.

The Rotary clubs in Rotary District 5280 are collecting new and gently used baby, children's, and household items for these young families. They select what they need from contributions to the Warrior Warehouse.

Items in the greatest need are:
  • Diapers, diapers and more diapers
  • Baby or young children's clothing, toys, and books
  • Bathtubs, strollers and cribs
  • Dishes, cookware, and meal prep tools
  • Bedding
  • Gift cards ($25) from Target or Walmart
