Incoming (2016-2017) District Governor Vern Nielsen and Willy Burgess were introduced at the Rotary Zone (24) Conference in Providence Rhode Island. Also in attendance were DG Greg Luring & Jan, PDG Bruce Falkins and DGN Bill Jenkin.
