The Rotary Youth Exchange committee invites all clubs to seriously consider sponsoring both Outbound and Inbound students for the year 2016-2017. October is the month we ask you to recruit applicants for this program from your local secondary school or home schooling community.

Rotary Youth Exchange is an exciting opportunity for international travel and experience for youth ages 16 through 18. Applicants can be as young as 15 and must be considered a secondary student when they start their exchange in 2016. It is an opportunity for clubs to share the life of Rotary through host families and club activities that enrich the lives of all involved.

As Rotarians, we have a responsibility for the future of Rotary and the Rotary Youth Exchange program is an important part of growing that through youth involvement. These youth exchange participants become the ambassadors of Rotary that we send out into the world with the experience of friendship, meaning and power of living the life of Rotary with your club for a year of their lives.

Both their lives and yours will be changed forever for the experience. Your commitment to the Rotary Youth Exchange program is a service to youth, your club and Rotary’s future.

Share the light! Engage Rotarians! Engage the youth of your community!
