Q) What is the purpose of the Million Dollar Dinner?
A) To recognize donors who have made or will commit to make a new contribution of US$10,000 or more to The Rotary Foundation.

A) Monday, January 9, 2017, Tsawwassen Springs, 5099 Springs Blvd, Delta, BC V4M 0A2.

A) Rotary International President John Germ is the keynote speaker
Q) What is the campaign time frame?
A) July 1, 2016 to January 9, 2017. Gifts of US$10,000 or more made during this period will be acknowledge as part of the Million Dollar campaign.
Q) How do I get invited?
A) Complete the pledge card for the Million Dollar Dinner and send to the contact on the form.

A) The purpose of this Million Dollar Dinner is to raise NEW funds for the Rotary Foundation. This is your opportunity move to a higher level in contributing funds to TRF or to a higher level with a bequest or other opportunities to make a gift.
Q) I am already a Bequest Society member. How can I attend the dinner?
A) By increasing your bequest by $10,000 or more, or making a cash gift of $10,000 or more.
Q) What are the ways I can give?
A) You can contribute (a) cash, (b) appreciated stock, (c) make a pledge to give $10,000 or more over 3 years, (d) create a Life Income Agreement (USA), or (e) transfer ownership of life insurance. You can also make a bequest through your (a) will, (b) retirement plan, or (c) life insurance policy. Your district Rotary Foundation committee have more details on the various options and can connect you with Foundation staff who can help with your specific situation.
Q) Is the District 5050 Rotary Will promotion still good?
A) Yes indeed. Several lawyers and notaries in District 5050 offer significantly discounted Wills to anyone donating $10,000 or more in their Wills to The Rotary Foundation. Q) What programs can I support with my gift?
A) You can direct your gift to any of The Rotary Foundation programs including Annual Fund SHARE, PolioPlus, one of the six areas of focus or the Rotary Peace Centers.
