The District Membership Committee is holding four seminars on the popular Membership Matters with the final one to be held on March 18 in Abbotsford

The Membership Matters seminar will go from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m and will begin by sharing the reasons that people join Rotary, and the reasons that members stay in Rotary and how you can make changes within your club to make it better at attracting and engaging members to become a stronger and more vibrant Rotary club.

Clubs are asked to send at least three members, including but not limited to your President Elect and Membership Chair as membership is the responsibility of the entire club.

Clubs that have sent members to previous Membership Matters seminars have been seeing the success that comes with becoming a Vibrant Club and focusing on our members.

Congratulations to these 21 clubs who have grown their membership since July 1, 2016:  Abbotsford Matsqui, Abbotsford-Sumas, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, LaConner, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Marysville Sunrise, Meadow Ridge, Mission Midday, North Delta, North Whidbey Island Sunrise, Port Coquitlam Centennial, Port Moody, San Juan Islands, Sedro-Woolley, Semiahmoo (White Rock), Skagit, South Everett/Mukilteo, Surrey-Newton, and White Rock.
