Since July 2020 there have been changes in some of the ways the District communicates with our members.  The changes have included adding a Facebook page and changing our group site to a Rotarians only site. We have also rolled out a change in how the Peace Arch Journal is published. We are now using the bulletin feature that is part of ClubRunner, so it comes to you as a separate email that opens directly to the bulletin content.

District leadership approved a Public Image and Communications Plan.  Click HERE to see the plan.
 
The center piece for our District’s communications with both the public and our members is ClubRunner. Every Club in our District is also using all or part of the ClubRunner features to communicate with the public, members, the District and RI through integration. If you want to learn more about how to use various aspects of ClubRunner, watch for training opportunities. Members of the Communications Committee are also willing to do sessions with individual clubs.  Here is a list of District Public Image/Communications Committee benefits:

  • Communications between the District, clubs, and members.

  • Training in public image techniques, e.g. graphic design.
  • Policies to reduce the amount of Rotary related email.
  • ClubRunner support in the areas of communications, event & volunteer scheduling, document storage, member directories, member profiles & use of the members only dashboard.
