What is RLI?
RLI is a highly interactive learning and development program that provides Rotarians
the opportunity to learn from one another and to share their experiences and ideas.
The sessions are led by Rotary leaders who use facilitation not lecture.
Why Should I Attend?
Rotary is a 114-year-old organization that is complex, far reaching and ever changing.
There is much to learn about Rotary in order to gain the most from your membership
and to maximize your impact. In the group sessions, you will interact with
Rotarians from different clubs and learn how diverse and innovative clubs can be.
NEW FORMAT
Traditionally, RLI has been offered in three separate parts, with it often taking two years or more
for a person to complete the full program. We are now offering RLI in a new format where Rotarians
attend a 2-day weekend seminar covering the same topics as the three separate parts.
This 2-Day format is geared to those that have not taken any RLI courses or have only taken PART 1 years ago.
