What is RLI and Why Should I Attend?
RLI is a highly interactive learning and development program that provides Rotarians with the opportunity to learn from one another and for participants to share their experiences and ideas. The sessions are led by Rotary leaders who use facilitation not lecture.
Why Should I Attend?
Rotary is a 114-year-old organization that is complex, far reaching and ever changing. There is much to learn about Rotary in order to gain the most from your membership and to maximize your impact. In the group sessions you will interact with Rotarians from different clubs and learn how diverse and innovative clubs can be.
