Mentorship and New Member Orientation

Wednesday May 27, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

This session will explore New Member Orientation and Mentorship.  The presenters are AG Dave Duskin, Arlington Mentorship Chair Jola Barnett and club member Joe Klein.

Arlington Rotary has a successful new member program which includes a strong mentorship component, ensuring that each new member has a smooth and meaningful transition into the club.

There will be time for discussion and input by club Membership Chairs about their own effective programs.
