The Rotary Foundation recently distributed 2015-2016 recognition banners to clubs were distinguished worldwide through their generous gifts in four different areas: Top Three Highest in Per Capita Annual Giving, 100% Foundation Giving Club, End Polio Now Certificate of Achievement.
