Prince George Rotary Peace Day Event

On Sept. 21, 2019 the Downtown Prince George (DPG) organization will be hosting a community event ‘Fall Fest’ promoting local products, green and sustainability ideas, from 8:30 to 2:00. DPG has invited the Rotary clubs of Prince George to participate. 

This is a great opportunity to build awareness and support for Rotary’s focus on Peace, as well as support, engage and contribute to a community event already being organized with Rotary’s energy and engagement.

On 3^rdstreet between George and Quebec will be closed to traffic, allowing the organizers to assign areas for event participants. Rotary has a 10’ x 20’ slot next to the Railway Museum.

We'll be handing out candy and ask people who stop by to write their thoughts on what their idea of peace is.
