Supporting the Life Saving Efforts of Rady Children's Hospital

Laura Lavoie is Director of Philanthropy for Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation, which secures donations to benefits programs and services delivered by Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. Rady Children’s Hospital serves more than 90% of sick and injured children in the San Diego area, and because 50% of these children have little or no private medical insurance, the hospital relies on the generosity of community members to ensure that all of their patients receive the best possible care.  Laura will discuss ways to support Rady Children’s Hospital, and how donations are used to improve the health of local children.
