Operation Shoebox Packing Event

The Hillsborough Rotary Club would like to thank everyone who took the time from their busy schedule to assist with the packing event for Operation Shoebox. We had such tremendous support from the general public, Hillsborough Interact Club, TD Bank, Team RWB, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and so many others I have to apologize if I didn't mention your organization.
A special thank you to the staff at the Hillsborough Branch of the Somerset Valley YMCA and Kimberly Cole, Executive Manager for allowing us to use their facility.
According to Rob Hirsch, Director, Operation Shoebox we packed a record breaking 1450 boxes. So take a minute and congratulate yourself, you deserve it, and while you reflect on the event, picture the smiles on the members of the armed forces as they open their boxes.
