Budget approved

Following discussion of the accounting for the Community 2000 contribution, the Board decided to move that annual $5,000 expense to a contingent expense line. Because the amount of return on this has fluctuated in recent years, it was felt necessary to not lock in the amount without more consideration at the appropriate time.

The roughly $40,000 budget was approved
