Am just living with Jackie & family until a decision is made on where I will live, since family doesn't want me on my own again at acreage, and the reality sadly has sunk in that I can't safely go back!   So have been considering several 'seniors' residences (which chokes me right up!!)   However, I thought I was doing all right in Oct. when I wasn't, and was suddenly ambulanced to Leduc hospital severely dehydrated and with a diabetes-related leg infection that still won't heal on R leg.

It is a blessing that I can stay here with Jackie--she's an amazing caregiver, while working more than fulltime with her City of Leduc job (Director of Recreation and Community Services), thru all the pandemic issues.   My whole family, including sons Dale and Glen, has been so supportive.....am certainly blessed.....just not healthy enough!!

'Hello' to all my Rotary friends--had so many good times with and through Rotary involvement!

Rotary Club of Spruce Grove History-Silly Santa History

Alaine provided the history of the Silly Santa project. If you would like to read it (and it is interesting) go into Club Runner and on the left hand side of the screen you will see “View Club Documents”. Click on that, scroll down to Club History, scroll to Ongoing Local Projects, scroll to Silly Santa, and read.
