District 5370 Rotarians and Clubs ROCK!!  On October 5, 2013 at the District Conference, I challenged our Clubs to take Polio Gonzo’s siblings to your communities and ask your communities to help us eradicate polio in the world once and for all.
 
Let me share District 5370 donation statistics in this campaign: 

October, 2013:  $19,452.23 (9 clubs contributed after Polio Gonzo asked for help at the District  Conference October 5)
           
November, 2013:  75,843.38 (37 clubs contributed – challenge with another match through the Polio Gonzo Anonymous Fund)
           
December, 2013:  122,335.80 (47 clubs contributed to meet the matching deadline of December 15 of Anonymous Polio Gonzo Fund)

This translates into 2,133,973 children receiving polio vaccine.  Imagine All the People who will never experience this preventative crippling disease because they got the vaccine!  I would say in three months District 5370 Rotarians demonstrated
