2017 Heart of the Summit Run 5K/10K and 1 Mile Fun

2017 Heart of the Summit 5k/10k and 1 Mile Fun Run

100% of the net proceeds is used to support local projects for the Lee’s Summit Police Department and the Lee’s Summit Fire Department.  This year’s goal is to have 1,000 participants and volunteers and to raise $30,000.00.

We have four levels of sponsorship packages. You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs and be secure in the knowledge that your sponsorship fee will be used to assist with needs of the Lee’s Summit Police Department and the Lee’s Summit Fire Department. (See information on the left of event.)

Fees for the Race:

On or before September 1st 

5k - $25.00 10k - $35.00 1 Mile Run -$10

After September 1st

5k - $30.00 10k - $40.00 1 Mile Run -$15

Waiver:

As an entrant in the Heart of the Summit 5k/10k and 1 Mile Fun Run, I assume complete responsibility for injury to me or damage to property which may occur during the event or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby release and hold the city of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Bodies Health and Fitness, and all persons or groups associated with the event from any and all liability for any and all of the event or otherwise. I grant permission for any and all of the forgoing to use any photographs, videotapes or recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.
