Volunteer Needs/Schedule - CONTACT MANDY TO SIGN UP

            7:00 am street closure at intersection of Kessler and Wyandotte

7:00 am – 9:00 am 

8 volunteers – track set-up including: hay bails at north and south end of track; set-up pit area, clock, flags, and fencing for drone demonstration

7:00 am – 11:00 am  

                        6 volunteers – race vehicle inspections (trained by race officials)

            7:00 am – 11:00

                        6 volunteer – registration tent

7:00 am – 3:00 pm

6 volunteers total: 2 each providing directions/parking assistance on both sides of the intersection of Kessler and Wyandotte and 2 at the parking lot entrance of Kessler and the west parking lot entrance (bring folding chairs).

            10:00 am – 3:00 pm

                        5 volunteers as track spotters for races

            11:00 am – 1:00 pm

                        3 volunteers to assist with lunch

            3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

                        6 volunteers for tear-down/clean up
