ANNOUNCEMENTS: 50/50 Raffle – Chad Bjorklund– Dan Scanlon, Sr. had the winning ticket but did not pick the Queen of Hearts.
Bobby DeGregorio − Comedy Night − three comics. Will be funny and fun. BYOS (snacks). Cash bar. Tickets just $20. Please put posters in your office and around Town.

HAPPY BUCKS was hosted by Joe DesRoches and collecting was Dan Scanlon, Sr.
Scott Seaback − Leadership RI Military Day − learned a lot about deployment and re-entering the workforce. Flew on a Hercules.
Bob DeGregorio − Warwick Girls Softball Team made it all the way to the World Series.
John Smith − Hard to believe but his beautiful Abby turns 10 this week.
Ken Quaranto − Liz heads back to Newberry College and Gabriel also heading back to college. Judy Earle − Liz did internship at Elizabeth Buffum Chace.
Don Morash − Went to fundraiser put on by the same Comedy Act Rotary is having on October 1. It's a must go-to!
Tom Sweeney − Dues have been paid. Thanks Tom Sanford for bringing check last week. Stop dunning him!
Chris Sanford − Golfed with Dad this morning; heading to Cape for long weekend.
Tom Sanford − 3rd granddaughter born last week. Chris, the challenge has been issued.
Dr. Joe Spinale − Nice to be back at Rotary and see old friends.
Armeny Apkarian − Going to see Willie Nelson, her second favorite music after opera.

Heart disease #1 killer in this country.
Takes 60 minutes to stop a heart attack if in a medical facility.
Cholesterol build up begins in teens and twenties.
Angina − symptoms stop when heart is not stressed.
How to treat heart attack:
- Aspirin
- Blood thinner
- Pain relief − morphine
- Oxygen
- Angioplasty, stent
Kent now has a Cath Lab to immediately treat heart patients.
PCU at Kent:
-> Elective cases started August 2015
-> No complications
-> 2nd Cath Lab − preliminary work began
-> Anticipate PCU for acute heart attack in January 2016
