Flipping Pancakes for RYLA

I will need 10 volunteers for the RYLA Breakfast. No experience is necessary:) The purpose of our involvement is to support and encourage our MacEwan Rotaractors to attend the event. Please let me know if you'd like to volunteer.
The Pancake Breakfast will open at 8:00AM on Saturday October 28th, 2017. Volunteers are to arrive no later than 7:15AM to be sure we are familiar with the equipment and process prior to the students' arrival. They are expecting around 120 participants, meaning we will be making about 250 pancakes and 200 sausages.
On arrival, please check in at the Telus Building located on the University of Alberta North Campus, (87 Avenue and 111 Street). You will find them set-up in the Atrium inside the front doors, from there you will be shown to your set-up. You will be cooking the pancakes and sausages outside on one propane-powered flattop griddle and one propane-powered BBQ. The sausages will be pre-cooked and come in large boxes. The batter will be pre-mixed the night before and it will all be in one large rubbermaid container.
The Chair, Katie MacLean will give you all an in-depth tutorial on Pancake Breakfast on the morning of, but essentially one volunteer will man each BBQ/Grill while 3 of us will be serving 2 pancakes and 2 sausage to each guest from chafing dishes set-up in a service line. Our other 5 volunteers will be pouring oil and pancake batter onto the griddle as well as collecting cooked pancakes ad sausages and transferring them to the service line.
