Our Monday meetings - plans

Please join our Rotary Club meeting on Monday August 31st, 1:00 pm to participate in a "club assembly". 

These town hall type events, which will be held about once a quarter are to inform, engage and discuss with members regarding club matters.

The meeting on August 31st will focus on our club's Monday meetings. How is it going with virtual / zoom meetings? Should we attempt a "hybrid" type of meeting with both in-person and zoom connection? How would that work and what are the issues?

For example: Meeting schedule - start at 12:00 noon or 1:00 pm? How many people would attend in person? How do we facilitate and commit audience to a speaker, and what set-up would be required? Should we try to organize meal or food service of some sort? 

It is also an opportunity for members to ask other questions or raise issues. Club Past-President, President and President-Elect will be available to discuss matters as we can.
