Club Meeting: Joint Meeting with San Mateo Rotary Club

Alan Kalmanoff, Executive Director of the Institute for Law & Policy Planning, will speak to a joint meeting of the Burlingame and San Mateo Rotary Clubs about assessing complex public policy issues in order to provide recommendations on improving entire justice systems. He will focus in particular on planning a new correctional facility in San Mateo County.
