High Five School Year Kick Off

The Mayor/Superintendent’s Attendance Task Force wishes to thank the over 250 community partners that participated in the first (and hopefully not last) High Five School Year Kick Off. The turnout today (9/7/16) was a true testimony of the “it takes a village” approach that Fall River uses in our positive youth development initiatives. Smiles were aplenty on both the arriving students and the high-fiving, caring adults. There were even appreciative parents who were bidding adieu as they dropped off their children.
Here’s to a successful 
school year as together, we strive for every student to attend every day!
