Improv meets Affair to Remember

The Rotary Club of Fall River will be hosting Affair to Remember - A Night at the Improv. This one night show will feature The Bit Players, an Award-Winning, Live Improv Troupe. Tickets are $40 per person or tables of 10 for $500. Tickets can be purchased from your favorite Rotarian or at https://portal.clubrunner.ca/4431/sitepage/affair-to-remember. Cash bar and Hor D'ouevres starting at 6:00 pm, show at 7:00 pm. The evening will include both a live and silent auction. This is the Rotary Club of Fall River's biggest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from the evening help us to support our Happy Feet, and Backpacks for Literacy Programs, as well as scholarships and many local agencies. Sponsorship opportunities are available as well. 

The Bit Players have been performing their hilarious improvisation since 2007 at their home, The Firehouse Theater in beautiful and historic Newport, Rhode Island. Their show is modeled after the hit TV show "Whose Line is it Anyway?" but with many of their own spins and interpretations. No two shows are ever the same with a large cast of improvisers and a vault full of different games or "Bits". Every show is entirely improvised. Nothing is ever pre-planned, scripted, or rehearsed in advance. The shows are dictated by the audience's suggestions however no audience member is ever "picked on" or singled out...unless they bring the attention upon themselves. :-) As RI's most award winning comedy troupe, The Bit Players have been voted "Best Comedy Night" by The Providence Phoenix and "Comedy Troupe of the Year" by Motif Magazine multiple times.
